Descripción

Illegal use of government tractor to go to a Shulaman Liquor store 1st and q street SW. Tractor from DPW. These type of vehicles should only be on road for business uses and driving to and stopping at liquor store is not an appropriate use. This is the third time a DPW tractor has stopped at this store in 3 weeks. Previous it was the front end loader from the salt dome. Watch 'Backhoe' on YouTube
