47-49 john st are constantly feeding stray animals causing a nuisance in surrounding homes. I have witnessed a male in both houses putting cat food and garbage in the driveway areas toward backyards. I live in a residence with perfect view of this. I demand a complaint be issued to these residences. Thanks
