So if everybody runs a red light then it's ok to do so? Is parking in front of a hydrant or a driveway ok as well? If "enforcement" isn't enforcing, then what are they doing?
This is a public safety and personal property issue. Let's say you made the turn at this intersection but the car was parked illegally and you hit it, or worse yet, you hit a pedestrian trying to move around the car. Would you except responsibility or blame the car illegally parked? I bet we all know the answer.

We have these regulations for a reason. . There's plenty of parking if you park like a decent human being. Plenty.

Glad to see you're such an advocate for the betterment of the neighborhood. We have quite a terrible reputation in the region so would that be us residents or the services we are refused?

If issues like this, along with inadequate street cleaning or tree trimming are ignored, who's to blame?
If everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing we wouldn't have all those bigger issues you're so worried about. I've tried the patient approach; been doing that since this app was initiated. Same people "acknowledge" the same issues and never address them. So, because it happens everyday, I'll post everyday. People should earn the money we pay them.
