Description

We contacted the mayor's office over a year ago regarding the sidewalks on both side of Stephen St. There are cracks and dips that are unsafe. Empty lot #20 has settled after the house was demolished. The sidewalk is at least 4-5 inches higher than the ground. These are neglectful and unsafe conditions. Someone will fall and hurt themselves. We have noticed all the sidewalks/streets in our surrounding area has had work done. There is constant digging and replacement. The utility pole in front of #10 - the cement that holds this in place has crumbled and raised. We were told this is fine. How can the ground be safe. If that pole falls with the live wires and causes harm....there will be further issues to deal with.
