Description

This morning was trash pickup. 30 Stephen Street did not put out all the trash. Now since it's windy this debris will be blown down hill and residents will have to pick up after them. This rental address ALWAYS has complaints on it. Why is the trash still an issue. Why isn't the landlord held accountable? Please can this be cleaned up
