They fixed the sidewalks on Elm St. and paved the road, but in front of 283 when it rains or when the snow melts athere's a huge puddle and the water stay stuck in there and doesn't go nowhere. I won't be surprised if I wake up one morning and find the ducks from Hubbard park in front of the house confusing it with hubbard parks pond.
