i reported this issue about 1 1/2 years ago. There are no curbs on the street i reside on so its the lawns being dug up by the plows, which I will report after taking pictures today. Its appauling that those behind the wheel of plow trucks do not take care in protecting curbs and property. I'm 54 and honestly, back in the day I do not remember this happening during plowing.
