2/27/2014 - Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City Government online. This situation with the hole has been submitted for Safety Operator inspection. Please be aware that if you are alleging damage to your personal vehicle as a result of hitting this hole that you have the opportunity to file a clam with the City Attorney, 804-646-7940 to discuss the claim process for the rim
