Overgrown lot on abandoned property on corner lot.
Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, when the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector visited the property, it was determined that there are no active code violations found on this property at this time. The Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.
Tree debris and chairs to be pickup by the supercan at this location asap citizen is starting to see rats.

This property has been inspected as you requested, by a Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer and he has notated in the case that the property is in violation and he will return within the next week or two, to see if corrective action has been taken
