This is the third time I've complained about this. The many rental homes we have on the even side of the street have not put away their recycle bins since they were delivered in the fall. They are accompanied by their garbage bins. With all the snow and recent winds, the bins are falling into the street now. The city came out after my first report when there were about 11 homes doing this. Those homes that are owner-occupied complied and put theirs away. The renters haven't and so we have to dodge 7 houses worth of bins in the street at different times. Please don't tell me to contact anyone else as I was told last time because that didn't work and I'm really frustrated right now. You need to resolve this as it is a city ordinance violation it's not up to me to chase down appropriate contacts if this isn't it. So please forward this to whomever can respond. My personal opinion is that the landlords should be held accountable but maybe that's asking too much. HELP! Thank you.
