Description
Over the past two winters 2315 Kensington has been abandon. The front yard tree has come down over the winter piece by piece and accumulated in a very large pile blocking the drive and walk. Recently two people move in and still nothing is being done.
Additionally, the siding and roof is blowing apart in the wind becoming a danger in the wind.
Trash and appliances on front porch.
