Description

The old Coscarelli's location is not being properly maintained. The grass has only been cut once or twice this season, and when the do cut it, they miss large portions in the back. Parts along to back fence have not been cut since before the restaurant closed. There is a constant stream of trash flying around the parking lot, and the sidewalk on Lincoln Ave. along the property is becoming overgrown with broken concrete, brush and yard waste. I've begun to break down and cut portions of the grass closest to my house in order to keep the chaos away from my own property. I'm assuming a huge rodent problem in the building because I'm noticing a HUGE influx of rodents at my own property this year. The mice are everywhere. I'm not sure what can be done here, but I would hope that an abandoned commercial property has to be kept at some sort of a minimum standard. Help!
