Trash & Debris not in the street Acknowledged2215 Westbury Lansing, Michigan - LansingTrash was taken out of the house such as all the carpeting, rotted wood, and other house items and left in drive near the back for over 2 months now. Keller Williams owns the property that was deemed unlivable by the city but refuses to fix up the house to code and is trying to sell it as is. Please take care of this house once and for all as I have watched it become a terrible eyesore for over 8 years now and even had the local news stations do a report on it a couple years ago. I will be calling my local politicians to get involved this time since the code compliance office refuses to follow up on this property. There have been other properties in the city not nearly in this bad of shape that have been torn down but this one just keeps sitting creating a hazard for the neighbors with the mold and toxins being released from the house.

Captial Avenue Lansing, Michigan - LansingCapital Avenue between Maple and Oakland is littered with hundreds of potholes literally. Way to many to list but obviously noticeable by anyone who travels this stretch of road way. Just sad to see as the roads around the Capital building are taken care of but not the residential streets for the citizens who live near by. Why can't we beautify all of Lansing and not just the area used by the politicians?

Downtown Lansing And Old Town Lansing, Michigan - Ingham CountyThe road crews have their work cut out for them this year as most streets really need to be resurfaced throughout the whole city. It would sure be nice if we could beautify the downtown side streets around the Capitol and Old Town to help create an inviting city for tourists and draw more people to shop the down town areas. This would sure go a long way in how people from around the area and state view the Capital of Michigan. It can only help generate a better view of Lansing for tourist helping generate money coming into the city and draw people to want to clean up their own properties or want to move into the area.

Road Buckled / Speed Bump Archived2800 Preyde Blvd Lansing , Michigan - Ingham CountyThe road has buckled creating a speed bump on Lake Lansing at the light into Eastwood Town Center between Chammps and the gas station on Lake Lansing Road. I'm surprised this has not been reported before as it has been 3 years and I'm sure most people hit it everyday thinking why don't they fix this. It is a road hazard even driving at the posted speed limit as it can cause your car to shift over a lane and does terrible damage to cars that hit it. Can you please look into it? I'm sure you have hit it yourself and can agree it needs to be fixed.

Grass & Weeds over 8" tall Archived2215 Westbury Road Lansing, Michigan - LansingI've been round and round with the code compliance office on this property for the past 8 years now and every year is it the same thing. They do nothing until the Mayor's office gets involved. Sad thing is I called the Mayors office three times now and of course have talked to three different interns who cannot seem to get the job done. Is there anyone who cares about cleaning up this city? Any help would be apprieciated. The grass that is now over three feet tall cover these dead branches on the ground and the skunks are having a field day. I really don't apprieciate this as I have a 11 month old baby girl and she does not need to grow up in a city that does not care.

Thompson Street Lansing, Michigan - LansingThis whole street is riddled with potholes and in dire need of repair / resurfacing. Please look into it and I'm sure you will agree. Also, it was nice when there was a stop sign at Thompson and Benjamin Drive as you cannot see oncoming traffic coming south on Thompson and helped slow people up on this residential street.
