I finally took the plunge and cleaned up the backyard. It took 10 yard waste bags. I don't appreciate I had to complain so much about this house and spent 5 years mowing the whole yard myself as the owner simply abandon the home but am glad someone is coming around now to take care of the house even if they are still letting it sit empty. Would make more sense to sell the place since the code compliance officer said the home owner has financial troubles but obviously lives somewhere else but what do I know.
