Please Please West Rock. Every single car on the odd side of the street is gone.

If this is a current photo of your street, it looks better than most New haven streets. Many Westville streets still have cars that should be ticketed/towed...it should be enforced citywide not just in the hill!

It is supposed to be- please take pictures and get license plates of cars not being ticket as the enforcement has been random and they are not tagging all cars. This needs to be investigated.
BTW- your street looks great. others are barely passable. No need for a plow there.
