You have to call NHPD and tell them you want a call back for what the outcome was. Traffic and parking is tied up with deciding who there issuing tickets to in the parking ban- tell PD its blocking road so they show up then claim they moved it over into no standing zone. How will they know?. You have to play the game.

I try not to call NHPD for parking enforcement because of the volume of calls I have to make to them for the other more pressing issues of criminal activity that regularly occurs in this area. Last time I called about a car parked there, the offender came out of the house and was quite belligerent. Then about 8-10 other occupants of the house he was in came out and they were belligerent. I guess this spiked his bravado, and he began to act up, cussing out the police calling them racist, and arguing that 'No Standing meant he couldn't just sit there, but he could park there'. While this was going on they ran the plates and found there was an issue that warranted his arrest. This almost set off a riot as they cuffed him and his buddies got upset and the mood of the crowd now became quite volatile, so back had to be called. 6 more squad cars and an hour later, the offender was hauled off to jail and the car towed.

So, I think I'll stick to SeeClickFix or calling Parking Enforcement, who have by the way been quite responsive to my calls for this area. But thanks for the advice.
