The house on the southwest corner or Glen Rd and Winthrop has not cleared their snow all winter. It is dangerous.

According to the citycity's website: Property owners are responsible for clearing sidewalks of snow and other potentially hazard conditions, and are liable if failure to do so causes injury. http://www.cityofnewhaven.com/ChiefAdministrator/infrastructure.asp

I don't want to see the homeowner cited, but I would like someone to clear the snow.
