Any word on when the City will start ticketing and towing today? On Eld, both trash and recycling toters have been emptied, but the ticket/tow operation hasn't started yet. Bradley, Pearl, Clark and other neighbor streets -- any sign of ticket/tow on your streets yet?

I drove through East Rock on my way to work and didn't see any plows or tow trucks. I can tell you that Pearl, Pleasant, Clark, Humphrey, Bishop and Edwards have not been touched. I sent a text to Doug asking when we can expect them and he said they will be working all day and night, that it is a big trash route.

Thank you Lisa! Really hoping the City has the resources to follow-through with this operation. We'll never be able to convince neighbors to comply with future snow bans if the snow remains. ALSO we need payloaders --with the snow accumulated from multiple storms, plowing alone won't help much and in some areas will exacerbate the problem. Esp. mounting visibility issues.
