The Pleasant St side of this property would be a great place for a bike rack. People are locking their bikes to sign posts, small trees, and gas meter pipes. I think this would be great to add here.

There's a pedestrian crosswalk sign on the curb strip at 583 Orange. I don't know where it belongs. Pearl and Orange is in place, as is Bishop and Orange.

Hillside Pl And Prospect Streets New Haven, Connecticut - Dixwell
Since the new lights have been put into use, the traffic in this area is ridiculous. When the light turns green on Hillside, only 2 cars can get through before it turns red. A third vehicle usually runs thee light. And the same with making a left onto Edwards st. The green is so short barely anyone can get through. I also called the above number and left a message.

There are 2 traffic lights side by side at the intersection of Munson and Sherman. One of the red lights is out. The greenlight works just fine, but the red light is out. Its the light on Munson street side if you were driving down Munson rom Dixwell. I tried calling the number above, but its an answering machine?

On 2/21 some guy came and put pikes and tags on our trees on Pearl St. The tags are round, numbered and say tree maintenance. Does anyone know what this is all about? I tried to attach video of him here but it wouldn't let me.

I was just told by a neighbor who tried to call them about Mount Humphrey St:
"Hi Lisa, I called the Emergency Operations Center phone number and was told it is the police dept. I asked what was the number for the center and was told that the center is now closed down as the emergency is over. "
