Auto with license number as pictured has been abandoned on street since September, parked in such a way as to take up two parking spots. Eventually a tire in front has gone flat. With current storm and parking ban, it will block crews from clearing storm. It is currently buried in snow from all the recent storms and blocks others from parking. Please tow. Thank you.
