Across from 5900 Avoca. The corner of Avoca and Leo Way. The street is deteriorating/crumbling at and alarming rate. The runoff no longer goes down the storm drain. The roadway is actually buckling. It's been in poor condition for a number of years and nothing's been done. Seems to have gotten even worse since the last storm
