Description

This crosswalk should be illuminated with in-ground lights warning autos of pedestrians in crosswalk. Vehicles are exiting the freeway and maintaining a high rate of speed as they proceed through this crosswalk. Pedestrians frequently go unnoticed and stuck in the middle of this crosswalk waiting for westbound traffic. Flashing lights embedded in the road would go a long way to protecting pedestrians attempting to get to the bus stop on the north side of Moraga Ave.
