Leaves have not been picked up on many streets in this neighborhood since fall of 2012.
Signs have been put up saying collection would be made yet that has never been done in 2013 or 2014. Today, February 11, 2014 is the third time this had happened. There is not even a hint of bad weather. I am not able to get answers about a solution from the Department of Public Works. They left me on hold today for over 16 minutes before I was cut off. The person I spoke with was this time was Shenay.. I have spoken with other people twice before and this is one of the case numbers I have received: 20020929799. The leaves are so bad in some areas that that they have become murky and muddy and walking and parking is difficult. In some spots getting to the sidewalk from ones car requires walking to a different lot on the street. This is not what citizens of the City should have to deal with.
Please inform me of when this will be corrected.
