Put in a ticket last fall - the city replace underground pipes in my yard and a sinkhole has formed. City came by and put a cone in it but have not done anything about fixing the hole. When will this be done? It has been several months since I reported the issue.

In alley behind garage, please pick up yard debris

The Dept. of Utilities came through a couple of years ago and replaced all the water pipes in our neighborhood, digging trenches in all the yards. Well, now I have a SINKHOLE forming in my yard next to the city sidewalk. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND I'M AFRAID THAT IF SOMEONE FALLS INTO IT, THEY'LL SUE THE CITY OR ME! This needs to be addressed immediately - someone needs to come look at this hole that was caused by the digging that the city did in my front yard.

Not sure if anyone is living in this rental property any more, but lot is very overgrown and needs to be cut.

Someone dumped a couch (and now a chair) on Blacker between Broad St. and Radford. It has been in this location for MORE than 2 months and has not yet been picked up. If there is an open ticket, something needs to be done about this. It's unsightly.

There is a large city oak tree in front of this property that is healthy but has one large dead branch that needs to be removed before it falls during a storm and injures someone. The tree itself is healthy and should not be damaged in the process.

although this light was reported as being fixed....it is still out as of last night... please find out why it still isn't workinh

Street light is out in front of 4704 Cutshaw Avenue

Darn green wagon has been left on Blacker with 1 and now 2 flat tires for more than 3 weeks. Must be abandoned.

Branches have been on Chantilly beside this house for weeks now and grass is starting to grow up over it. Needs to be removed.

The alley behind my house is in dire need of more gravel. Every time it rains, we have standing water for days after, encouraging mosquitos and making it hard to drive down the alley.

Although a ticket has already been put in and you guys forwarded it along to some other dept., we STILL are having a huge issue with standing water in our alley...really need this addressed before we get West Nile Virus!!!!

A wire came down a week ago on the street light-city checked it out and STILL has not come back to fix this. Very, very dark on street-one car has been "keyed" in the darkness - NEED FIXED ASAP.

In the alley behind 4716 & 4718 Cutshaw, the alley has a LOT of standing water every time it rains, encouraging mosquitoes to breed and thrive in this area. Gravel needs to be put down or some other work in the alley to improve this area.

There has been a pile of downed branches in front of this house for several weeks - since the house is occupied by renting students, they do not seem inclined to clean these up. Could you please pick up these tree brances?

The alley road behind 4718 Cutshaw Avenue needs additional gravel due to deep ruts in the alley behind this house. Because of this, there is always a LOT of standing water which will encourage mosquitoes to breed. Need to have additional gravel put down to help with the drainage.

Although you closed out the ticket, this street light in the alley BEHIND 4718 Cutshaw has not been fixed. It is still cutting on and off for period of time. Must not be the bulb, but a problem with the wiring.

The street light in the alley behind this address keeps cutting on and off and needs to be replaced.

A HUGE city tree that was seriously damaged by the storm on 6/25 has several branches that are just dangling and one that has a verticle crack in it and is in great danger of coming down in the next wind storm. The tree has been marked for removal but something needs to be done ASAP. Branches are in great danger of falling on my house, weeping cherry tree and dwarf japanese maple.
