Is this Nasty Inc. location the city's responsibility to clear during every snow storm or does the task fall on Atlas's shoulders? Not only did I slip and fall trying to support the ONLY local business we have in the neighborhood, but women pushing baby carriages, pedestrians trying to stay off the streets were having a more than difficult time navigating through this mess.
