Description

There are people on this block in wheelchairs as well as a lot of people with small children and strollers. The sidewalks on both the Edgewood Ave and Beer St. sides of this landlord-owned property haven't been shoveled ONCE this winter, making it very difficult for folks in the neighborhood to get around.
