Description
The owner of this house has been piling up TONS of trash, appliances, misc junk, card board boxes, and just about anything and everything for over two years now. It's turning in to an episode of hoarders with all the trash and junk piling up all around the house, garage and rear of the garage. Now that the yard has become a mini landfill it is bringing in all sorts of skunks, rats and misc, unwelcome widlife to area and the surrounding properties.
There is also a broken down, full size white van that's is crammed up next to the garage that has been sitting there collecting trash for a year. The van does not run and hasn't run in over a year.

The vehicles have to be inoperative or damaged. Just the fact that the tags are expired does not make it a Disabled Vehicle.
