I second regular parking enforcement on Belmont. There is consistently a car - usually a black Cadillac sedan but not always the same car - parked on the southwest side of the street, blocking traffic turning off 15th street onto Belmont. These cars should be ticketed and removed.

The vehicles in question are not parking there at midnight (the time that the issue was investigated). The black sedan on the southwest side of the street by 15th street is usually there around 4:00pm weekdays. Vehicles blocking the entrance to 1451 Belmont are often there around 6am (private vehicles), and throughout the day/evening (delivery vehicles). It would also seem logical that the vehicles might not be there everyday. So not seeing them on once should not be sufficient to close this issue. Thank you.
