This morning the residents of this address put out a few of the brown toters to be emptied during the NHPW regular pick up today, but they have still not removed the non-recyclable items from the blue toters, which remain in the front yard of the house (since I removed them from the curb strip 3 weeks ago) with the 3 week old contents spilled into the yard and onto the sidewalk.This issue is receiving the attention of LCI. Thank you LCI for your prompt response and diligence.
