Several black bags on curb strip in front of 15 Truman Street were not picked up during this mornings' regularly scheduled trash pick up. Not sure of the contents but the 'debris' is currently contained in trash bags. If they are not picked up they will eventually be torn open by animals or other and the debris will litter the neighborhood. Please have Public Works pick them up IMMEDIATELY.
