This particular time it has been resolved from warm weather and rain. However, I am taking the proper action to insure it doesn't continue. I have spoken with Mia and the bank that owns the property. Furthermore, I have sent a blight notification to the bank ( Caliber Home Loans) to put them on notice. Moving forward if it reoccurs please don't hesitate to contact me with this issue. 203-946-7835.
