When you turn right onto 106 Terrace it is the first house on the left. House is vacant. You can talk to the neighbor behind as he is very concerned about the mosquitos for his kids. Fence falling apart and plants growing over onto public sidewalk.

You also need to check the house at 1700 NW 105 Avenue. You can see right thru the side fence from Taft. Pool has not run for months.

The City is aware of the issue at 1700 NW 106 Terr and have been working with the tenent/owner. The pool at 1700 NW 105 has been cleaned as of the end of last month.

I am the neighbor, and I can tell you the pool was never taken care of. The overgrowth was cut, but the pool remains a lake. I'll try to call the weekend number so that you can arrange to see.

If this has not been maintained, it's unacceptable and needs to be fixed.

This issue has been addressed. The pool at 1700 NW 105ave has been readdessed and the other at 1700 NW 106 Terr also.
