Four cars and a pickup are parked on Belgrove by the Exxon station between Lincoln Ave and Passaic Ave. This is a No Standing & No Parking area. Vehicles turning onto Belgrove from Passaic have to cross into the left turn lane that’s at the bottom of Belgrove.
