What is all of the train activity/ It is almost constant. Are they moving military equipment?

These have been up for at least 9 months. If they are not allowed, the cleaners in the Kroger shopping center that followed the idea is alsoin same issue. More info on the entire shopping center referenced -

Was this determined to be a true code compliance to not allow LED lighting ? If not, can these dated issues be closed out where applicable ?

They are popping up all over. The Drycleaner at the Cambridge Kroger has these lights and they are horrible. They need to be banned. The one near Ashford Dunwoody and Johnson Ferry is so bright it is a distraction when you are turning at this light.

For future reference is that lightning not permitted because of the business location proximity to the road ? Or the lighting itself?

I ask because their competitor in the Kroger shopping center has the same lighting. Trying to understand does this apply, thus should be reported as well.
