City of Brookhaven Code Compliance

Owner dumps household waste on gigantic pile of wood chips in front yard. Animals seen scavenging there. Huge pile of wood chips has been in front yard for years...owner does nothing with it...It attracts vermin when he puts household garbage io it and it is very unsightly to have garbage laying in yard.

Against code to have garbage laying in front yard. Please contact homeowner. Check yard for all code violations please.
