What is the city's policy on such collection bins? This seems to be an ongoing problem (at various locations) and I'd be interested to know what sort of policy is currently in place and whether there has been any discussion to address such issues. Thanks again.

Currently it is a private property issue. There are some communities that have adopted ordinance that require a permit for these collection bins and a deposit. We have asked the City Attorney's Office to look into this and I will check to see where they are with this.

This issue has been turned over to the North Team Leader in Code Enforcement

On my way to work today I noticed there are once again several mattresses and other trash bags dumped next to the box at this location.
