I hope he is found!! If he is microchipped, doesn't that help to find him?

Thanks! Unfortunately, the microchip does not act as a GPS tracking device, rather as a form of permanent identification that is always with the pet. Once a vet/shelter scans the microchip, they get the information of the owner and can contact the owner if the pet is missing.
