There is no sidewalk here. This forces people to walk in the street to get to the mall.

Sorry, a number of SCF issues have been lost in the system and are just now being recovered. A development plan for the Marriott block should result in substantial improvements to the pedestrian environment in the area, but might be a couple of years.
