I’ve reported this abandoned vehicle multiple times. Parked here for 3 months, someone comes and goes at times, leaving a trail of used needles and trash on the sidewalk and hanging out of the car, also smoking crack inside the car. Please tow this car, broken windows, flat tires, surrounded by trash on a Main Street.
