Please, can anyone do anything about people parking in the left traffic lane in front of the Chase Bank at College and George??? They do this to go in and use the ATM there, and College Street is one of the only ways to get on the connector from downtown! They take out an entire lane, and think it's okay to do this because they put on their hazard lights! That part of College is EXTREMELY congested because of its proximity to the connector, and this makes it ten times worse.
