An electronic billboard has begun construction at the 91S merge w/95S (bottom arrow = post). This is a hazardous location even without the distraction of flashing ads. It is directly next door to condos & could leak light pollution into these homes (top arrow). Any way to stop this project?

It does seem like a crazy place to put a billboard if that is what it is. Is this use in compliance with the zoning in that area? Does the state have any regulations regarding the placement of distracting advertising in critical junctions such as this?

I was told by a city official that "it's approved" and I can go to city hall if I want to see the permit application. "No notification to adjacent residents and property owners is required"
I have no idea how much light will be projected into my windows at night, how my view will be disturbed or what it will do to property values..
I would like our alderman to look into this project and the process it followed.

Please don't build this. It's going to ruin my apt. complex. Imagine if you lived here, please. Imagine how this would make you upset every day and night. Stop and think. PLEASE.
