Something needs to be done to stop speeding on Stannard Ave. There are always people walking with dog, kids, walkers, etc and it leads to the beach. It's a high foot traffic area. It's also a narrow road, and kind of windy. The cars fly up and down this road, and someone is going to get killed. Perhaps some "speed humps" need to be installed? or maybe a sidewalk? Something other than the electric speed monitor sign that doesn't do anything because everyone knows that nothing happens when those are placed.
