How did the local jurisdiction allow a developer to make money here without providing the most basic infrastructure??

Funny how the county screams no money to fix things when nothing has been done in 30 years plus outside of fire hydrants. Area between 28th st n and 25th st n and 50th ave n and 47th ave n. It is suppressing growth and improvement in the area. Often wonder what your taxes go to.

Wish I could scream "no money" too (like the county). However, as a responsible landlord I'm obligated to in good faith fix problems when they are brought to my attention. I just wish that I could use the money that I pay in property taxes to actually pave the roads, put in a drainage system & maintain the "un maintainable alley way" that the county owns. It's really not fair! Maybe I need to do an article in the paper to get some attention. Being nice for 13 years has gotten me no where. There is just no excuse!
