    32nd Street is riddled with pot holes and has never been paved! Apartments were built in 1985! Unacceptable & Inefficient use of tax dollars to keep on filling pot holes with patches. PLEASE PAVE OUR STREET!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pinellas County has promised to do something about the flooding problem in this area & the roads that need to be paved. This promise was finally made last year after several years of requesting. We were told that it was on the improvement schedule last year. Then we were told that engineering needed to be done & drains ordered. Next we were told that nothing could be done while the area was flooded. Then it was the holidays. Spring is vastly approaching and the street will be flooded once again. Please on behalf on this low income area let's get this done. It's not fair for residents to have to wade from their cars to their apartments in calf deep water. The most important reason is a small child could drown so please hurry!

    32nd Street North is absolutely horrible. When is government going to do their job? This street has been patched for the last 15 years. It's time for a real road. Enough with the band aids! Come on....the folks in this neighborhood deserve better!

    Yes, Pinellas County needs to maintain all the property that they own. Would I be allowed to keep my property like this? Heck NO and way should they? I would be in violation of a code and so should they!

    Pinellas County Infrastructure Department please take a drive on 32nd Street North (near 42nd Ave North). We are underwater! I know that the budget is bad! Even when the budget was good this area received zero updates. Every time it rains residents on this street are forced to endure ankle deep water! The road is "unimproved" and a drainage system has never been put in place. For heavens sake please just dig some drainage ditches! The residents in this underprivileged area deserve better!

    The ditch that we dug (not the county) several years ago is not enough to hold the water that is accumulating on this corner. Please fix this problem once and for all (and the potholed paved street too)! This ditch is literally 4 ft deep and can not handle the water from the entire street. Please help!

    We have a severe water problem at our 2 properties at 4129 and 4143 32nd St N.! Due to a lack of proper county installed drainage on the streets (32nd St/42nd Ave)
    rain & storm water is running off the streets and down to our 2 properties where it is accumulating in the parking lots. As a result, our tenants are having to walk through appx. 4" of water which covers the parking lots (see 2 photos) to get to their cars! And these photos do not fully show the problem; they were taken after much of the water dried up or filtered out through the grass. The problem could be alleviated by some type of drainage ditch along the right-of-way to facilitate carrying the water to 42nd Ave where it can run east to the storm drain. Please take a look at this problem and act accordingly. We should not have to deal with this problem. Thank you.

    Nasty mattresses in the ditch. People are using this as a dump site! Also palm tree debris can be seen at the curb.

    This street was scheduled to be repaved several years ago. I remember getting a notice that "Ajax Paving" was going to do it (pretty sure that I still have the notice somewhere in my files). I own 2 apartment buildings on 32nd Street and have been told by numerous prospective tenants that they didn't want to rent from me because the street is so horrible. When will Pinellas County ever pave this street? Myself and the other apartment building owners have put lots of money into our buildings to bring up this neighborhood while Pinellas County continues not to maintain streets or alleyways in this neighborhood. What's the point of paying taxes if nothing is ever maintained or improved? I have been after Pinellas County now for 10 years to do this. Ken Welch should be ashamed of this area that he has forgotten about. This is completely unexceptional!
