I’m the homeowner on this property. What do you suggest I do? I cannot plant grass in this area. The rain just washes it away. I spent a lot of money last year for seed and it washed away. It looks trashy for the neighborhood. I wish the town would work with me to correct this. The sidewalk has shifted. My neighbor at 103 seton creek has a portion of the sidewalk replaced making it even worse for the rain pooling on my parkway. I would appreciate a suggestion or the town to work with me to make the town’s appearance more appealing.

As the snow and ice are melting on the parkway and sidewalk, you can clearly see why something has to be done. It is all ice and the curb also is holding water. Thank you

This is still a problem. I’m willing to pay half of the expenses to correct this issue. I’m really upset at my neighbors next door fixed their sidewalk but mine remains a problem.
