Village of Oswego PLUS

This house is a huge eyesore for the community. There is Garbage and beer cans all over the yard and spilling Into the neighbors yards, spray painted signs up saying “ if you don’t pay my bills mind your business” among many other items. Something needs to be done to get it through this young kids head. He is bringing the value of this neighborhood down.

Hello, I live at 370 Kensington Dr, Oswego, IL 60543 and there is a constant noise from the warehouses behind my backyard. Day and night, non stop. It is impossible to live there. We can't open the windows, we can't sleep at night. It affects our health. I am sure it is a violation of the zoning code, as the warehouses should not be as close to residential area. I can collect a complaints from all my neighbors, if it will help. Please advise where we should complain.

Sidewalk is covered is med/debris. Please talk to the resident to clean up. They have a responsibility to keep the materials from their plant beds in the plant beds and off the sidewalk.

Broken patio furniture, swings, lights, general large item garbage, old patio items strewn across lawn and on side of house. Please clean it up looks dangerous, rusty, and an eyesore.

Trash with critters digging around, mud, debris, car parts everywhere. Basically a junk yard. Place looks like it should be condemned? Too bad seems like a nice neighborhood..

The neighbors fence is falling into my yard. There have been several times over the past couple years where the neighbor has come into my yard to screw boards to prop the fence up. Previous inspector has told us that they can be cited for not fixing it in time.

Vehicles parked in grass off roadway daily, damaging grass

Last summer a tree fell down in their yard taking out a portion of their fence and they left it for months. After I cut down the section of tree in my yard they came and removed that section of fencing and it’s been like that since last fall. Their back yard has garbage all over it and is overgrown as well as the side yard and front. The roof has bricks holding the shingles down and the house looks to be very deteriorated.
