Residents recently got chickens and a rooster. The rooster crows throughout the day and through the night. 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, etc. No one is able to sleep. We hear the rooster when the windows of our house are CLOSED!!! Please do something and get rid of the rooster for the sanity of all neighbors surrounding this house, as well as across the street. EVERYONE hears it crowing. You can even hear it at the end of the street! In the time I have written this, the rooster has crowed 8 times.
