Noise, noxious odors, health hazard originating from 1561 NW 90th Way, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, in which I have repeatedly notified the residents. I have been deprived of the use of my own premises and quiet enjoyment of my own premises as a direct result of the neighbors' refusal to cooperate. The more I try to resolve, the more noise etc. they make afterwards.

I recently stepped outside and immediately become physically nauseated due to the strong noxious smell emanating from their patio, where three dogs are being allowed to defecate and urinate onto the concrete flooring of the patio. I was unable to resolve the strong nausea that set in as a result of stepping out when I heard a loud booming sound that evening.

I addition to the loud unreasonable barking, the neighbors continue making thumping noises upstairs such that it is disruptive to others. It sounds like excavation with the booming noise indoors and has even caused my floor to vibrate--even knocking a painting off the wall on prior occasions. It has detrimentally affected my mental, emotional, and even physical health. Moreover, they have actually and proximately caused a flea/biting bug/insect infestation to occur, which I was a victim of when I was standing behind our units in a common area.

Please note, this is an update as of tonight, when I was once again forced to call PPPD due to the booming thumping noise, which was startling and resulted in symptoms, including my heart racing and tachycardia symptoms once again due to the startling nature of the booming sounds coming into my bedroom late at night from the neighbors in question.

This follows up a particularly violent sounding situation earlier this week after I was forced to call PPPD on Tuesday June 13, 2017, regarding unreasonable, unabated continuing and repeated barking noises. Sadly, if I complain about the barking the neighbors in question retaliate with other highly disturbing and detrimental noise. Moreover, I heard the man yell and an altercation with the same neighbors in question that same evening and returned today. Tuesday, distressed by the activities that took place (i.e., dogs barking with two adults in the unit--allowing the dogs to continue barking all morning into the afternoon when I was forced to finally call PPPD) I tried to find a new secret hiding place to study in peace for the Bar exam (I have shared the fact that I need to study for the Bar exam etc. in a written certified notification I sent--but they still refuse to abate the noises). I was taking a small study break and eating a snack at my study area upstairs, just looking out of my window--trying hard to relax with my garden view when the man drove up and immediately looked up, glaring, at me through my own second story window, which I found rather peculiar and disturbing--considering the angle one would have to crane one's neck up to look through my upstairs window and the look I received--as the man realized that his refusal to abate the noise had forced me to move out of one area of my own premises--effectively dispossessing me of part of my own premises.

He had immediately discovered my secret new area where I had taken refuge in a last ditch effect to get some peace of mind--and deprived me of my peace there as well--in my own premises. It is a concern because they tend to retaliate when I try to achieve resolution regarding the noise (June 13, 2017 when the first officer left, they surrounded my townhouse with screaming and two kids, immediately in front of my door on the sidewalk leading to it, by my windows, and behind it (peculiar, given the issue is that the kids are habitually play upstairs, which is behind most of the thumping and booming noises); after the second call, the booming excavation-like noises began in my upstairs bedroom for an extended period of time--startling and very much distressing me, causing me tachycardia and racing heartbeat--and exacerbating my pain and migraine that they directly caused with the unreasonable ongoing and unabated noise--due to the violent thrashing and thumping going on--precisely in the area where I had requested to abate the thumping noise (please refer to my prior correspondences to the neighbors in question, where I referenced such thumping noise--clearly, it was knowing, intentional, and malicious, intended to further inflict distress upon me instead of cooperating with my repeated attempts to resolve the most unreasonable unabated noise issues).

Now the thumping and booming noise upstairs continues--even during late evening hours tonight--along with the also unabated barking (also tonight), and I feel trapped in a situation where there is no escape, no matter what i do, or where I go in my own premises. The unreasonable ongoing unabated noise nuisance issues at the hands of the neighbor in question has detrimentally impacted my emotional, mental, and physical health, which is very much documented and most verifiable. For example, recently, I required repeated medical attention within one month of moving back--including a visit to the E.R.--due the the distress they have inflicted upon me (whereas I never normally get sick). UPDATE: 6/20/17
I am currently being kept up by dogs barking, tapping noise, and loud thumping coming into my bedroom upstairs--it is now going on 2:00 a.m. and I am being deprived of my sleep once again due to the same neighbors in question, who refuse to cooperate and abate the noise, as repeatedly requested. Given such repeated and prolonged notice, it is malicious, designed to inflict emotional distress upon me, deprive me of my quiet and peaceful enjoyment of my own premises, and is clearly detrimental to my health and well-being. It really needs to stop--and I would greatly appreciate assistance with this. Thank you.
