Also, I ended up talking to the folks. One of them was polite and then laughed at me while I was walking away. The other told me that I live in the wrong neighborhood.

I was told afterwards the three gentleman (third bike came after the photo) told the restaurant owner that they were Hamden Police Officers.

I appreciate the restaurant owners help and the help of the Alderp Jess Homes who came down to help out as well as the police.

I am all for the fact that this is a city and there is noise. This particular noise only benefits the rider of the bike and has the ability to literally wake up every single person on the street. I really believe that we need to address this immediately as people consistently leave the neighborhood and New Haven for this reason. Suburban motorcycle riders should not be jurisdicting what neighborhoods we are able to live in New Haven but they are certainly doing that right now.
