There is an unlicensed, unregistered vehicle parked in the driveway of 7 Alexander Avenue, Kearny, NJ. For the past 2 months, the person was (and still is as he has not finished) doing major repairs to the car. He was spray-painting the exterior of the car with the fumes spreading over all the neighbors’ yards in which the police were called. He was stripping the exterior and putting in new seats and carpet, changing the windshield and car hood. While doing all these repairs, the person would blast music that I could hear from the next street. Please address this issue.
